The Barrier is a roll-out under concrete insulation that controls heat loss and moisture intrusion in radiant floor installations. By using a unique extruded expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam as the core component, it effectively creates a foam cooler "igloo" effect keeping the heat on one side and the cold on the other. Each roll can be neatly secured to the next roll with a factory applied tape edge creating a seamless system that will not allow the transfer of heat increasing the overall efficiency of your radiant floor heating system.
