Clears Clogged Drains with Shock Action
The Kinetic Water Ram is a compact, lightweight tool that clears clogged drains using a burst of compressed air that drives a shock wave (kinetic energy) through water to break-up the stoppage. It has 50 years of field experience and product development built into it to make drain cleaning fast and easy. To use, simply pump it up, insert into the drain and snap the trigger. It’s that quick. It's particularly useful clearing slow draining tub and showers, or on long narrow lines in trailer homes. The all-metal Ram has a self-contained pump and pressure gauge, so you can hit the stoppage with just the right amount of force without harming the pipes. You get instant impact with no build-up of pressure in the plumbing system. The force is transmitted through water, so it's not affected by stacks or vents. An optional toilet attachment screws onto the front of the Ram and enables you to position the cone in the bowl to get a tighter seal.

Protects Tankless Water Heaters from Hard Water Scaling
The Heater Treater® allows plumbing contractors the ability to offer affordable, yet highly effective protection against scaling on every installation. The Heater Treater provides scale protection for all tankless water heaters, tank water heaters, boilers and solar hot water systems. Water treatment helps maintain efficiency and extends the life of water heaters and boilers, but often times is not utilized due to the high cost to the customer. The Heater Treater is installed on the feed water line just prior to the tankless water heater. As the water passes through the filter cartridge, the treatment media in the interior of the filter slowly dissolves into the water supply providing scale protection to the heater. The units are intended to be used with single and multi heater installs up to 150 GPM and can be installed inside or outside. The Heater Treater will also help your business earn residual income through maintenance agreements and filter replacements.
Prevent Basement Flooding
Flood-Guard™ prevents basement from flooding by sealing off water back-up caused by overloaded sewers. Initially, it operates like a check valve, allowing water to flow normally through the drain until the sewer begins to back up. Then the Flood-Guard float rises to seal off the drain opening until the water recedes. A screwdriver and a couple of minutes are all that are needed to install a Flood-Guard. Once in place, it can prevent property damage and a very messy clean-up job. The float model is available for 2", 3" and 4" sizes. For extreme, extended pressure (for instance, where home- made seals have popped out of the line,) the standpipe model is recommended. The 4″ Standpipe Flood-Guard is threaded to receive 1-1/2″ IPS pipe. On the 3″ model, the pipe is slipped through the rubber gasket before the screws are fully tightened. Gaskets are made of molded rubber, and all metal parts are plated or stainless steel. Fill out the form to request more info.

Detects & Stops Water Leaks in 5 Seconds
The LeakSmart System, sold by Jackson Systems, detects water leaks throughout the home or building, immediately shuts off the water supply and alerts the homeowner or building owner before any damage can occur. The water monitoring and leak prevention system gives homeowners complete control by protecting priceless investments from devastating water damage that can lead to mold formation. The shut-off valve is an electronic motorized brass ball valve that connects to the main water line. When a leak occurs, it receives a signal from the sensor and automatically shuts off the water coming into the home. To install, simply place sensors behind appliances, under pipes and other locations where leaks might occur, attach shut-off valve to the main water supply and connect the system hub for communication between the sensors and valve. The LeakSMART System can be added to any compatible Zigbee® smart home system.
